Payments

We offer multiple payment options to ensure you can pay via a method that suits your needs. All payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider, and are protected by encryption. Should you return any of your order and are due a refund, we will refund the value of your order via the payment method you originally used.

Delivery

Our online store automatically calculates the best shipping routes, rates, and handlers to make sure you receive your order quickly. We usually ship orders within 48 hours, and depending on the shipping options you choose, you should receive them within 3-10 business days. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to mail carrier.

We offer FREE delivery to addresses within 5 miles of Minneapolis and St. Paul, MN! Please only select this option if you live within this radius, or order may be canceled and refunded.

Returns & Refunds

The deadline for returning an order is 30 days from the date you received the item(s). In order to cancel or return your order, please inform us of your decision by e-mail at hello@laurelmariestudio.com.

We will reimburse you no later than 60 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the order to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The items were purchased in the last 30 days

  • The items are in the original condition as when they were ordered

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Customized or clearly personalized items

  • Opened, worn, or partially used items

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. Please email us at hello@laurelmariestudio.com to initiate a return.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
